Following a devastating defeat in the US presidential election, former US Vice President Kamala Harris has begun to view her husband, Doug Emhoff, as a “dead weight.” According to a report, Kamala Harris believes that the accusations of “cheating” against her husband damaged her chances of becoming president and holds him responsible for her loss in the US elections.
As is customary for departing vice presidents, Kamala Harris signed the desk as she left her official residence on January 17 while her husband posed for a photo behind her.
“It is not my nature to go quietly into the night. So don’t worry about that. I’ll keep you posted.” Kamala Harris said to her team when asked what she planned to do next.
The couple’s relationship is not going well. According to reports, Doug has also joined a large law firm that would need her to commute between San Francisco and New York.
